The pond Blato is situated in an idyllic setting of the hills of the region Dolenjska, not far from Trebnje. The pond is 1.2 ha big and in it there are various cyprinid species: most of them carps, followed by tenches, common breams and zanders. The pond and its surroundings are very nicely decorated, for which fishermen - members of the fishing family Novo mesto -take great care, which means that the fishermen will not only enjoy the good fishing, but also the beautiful nature and attractive surroundings.
