An idyllic plateau Rakitna (800m altitude) is a nice tourist point and is only about 20 km far from the capital Ljubljana. In the lake of the same name you can fish for some healthy carps, grass carps, perches and trouts. There is a modern hotel by the lake which offers comfort even for the most demanding guests.
