The district spreads 100 m from the power plant Ožbalt to 100 m before the hydropower plant Fala.The waters are slow and approximately from 2 to 7 m deep.  It is home to common nases,chubs, carps, catfish and pikes.  All types of fishing can be performed here: float fishing, fishing with spoon lures and ground fishing. The fishermen can fish recreationally in accordance with Pravilnik o ribolovnem režimu v ribolovnih vodah ( Policy on fishing regime on the fishing waters ).
